Tell us about yourself

I grew up in Germany. After my studies I then went to Paris for three months. A young Frenchman caught my eye - and three children later, I’m still here…

How did you become a coach?

I have always been fascinated by what makes people tick, and people find it easy to talk to me and to share their story. However, this did not lead directly to becoming a coach. Firstly, I followed my passion for theatre and music, then for houses. Whilst practising Space Clearing, which is energy work on buildings, I travelled the whole world and learned how to successfully work with clients from very different backgrounds. Coaching was the logical next step.

What do you learn when working with your clients?

Frankly, my clients impress me every day! Their ideas and solutions are remarkably brave and creative!

What is the most important aspect of your work?

To listen. And to bring in my energy and input, whilst keeping things simple. And at the same time communicating my trust in my client’s capacity to find their own way and create their own solutions. This is a lifetime’s work, a never ending progression.

What are your projects?

I always have too many of them! This year I’m planning to develop new courses and new forms of classes on the art of self-coaching and finding your own solutions.
